When we think about yoga,it brings an idea of sweat and fitness of body. Now days since is becoming more advance and scientist are finding different ways to aspirin body without use of medicine. Scientist have found that through yoga major problem like diabetes, cancer, migraine, etc problem can be controlled through yoga, even they can be prevented through yoga. There is no doubt that yoga make you fit but it also help you to increase your concentration power and bring many hidden power visible in your body. Medicine contain some amount of alcohol which is not good for health . Yoga make you fit ,it helps to reduce your weight ,it make your body flexible ,and make your brain sharp.
