When we think about health, the first thing comes to our mind is yoga. Yoga makes the fit, it also help to get relief from severe pain and from medical problem. Yoga increase the power of concentration, yoga help to control on our anger, yoga help to make body flexible, yoga help to increase power of mind, etc.. There are many advantage of yoga which help you from your pain. All these advantages are only valid when you do yoga on daily basis for 20-30 min. Next thing which comes in our mind after yoga is laughter. "LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE" these line are heard by everyone but followed by some. So, if you want to maintain your health good then keep laughing.
